The Meadows Country Club
Value. For only $500,
you can play all 3 courses, as often as you like,
during the 6 month off season. These are not average
courses. Players enjoy 3 distintive layouts that
can be fun for any level of player. This club
also has an extensive tennis program on 16 Har-Tru
courts, all lighted for night play. Tennis Magazine
rated The Meadows as one of the Top Tennis facilities
in the nation. For families and non-golfing spouses,
the broad selection of social and recreational
amenities are unmatched in this price range. Nearly
12 miles of hiking, biking and fitness trails
wind through the property that includes more than
80 pristine lakes and waterways. Extensive preserve
areas are cared for by on-site environmental management
staff.

The Meadows is a community of over 3,400 residences,
including garden homes, villas and single family
homes set within a wooded 1600 acres. Again, the
emphasis here is on value. The majority of these
residences are between 1600 and 2200 square feet
and are priced from $300,000 to $450,000. Larger
homes (2800 to 3500 square feet ) are available
and more expensive, but are rarely priced over
$900,000. A huge inventory of condominiums surround
The Meadows. One bedroom one bath units can still
be found
"for under $200,000. The majority are 2 bedroom
and 2 bath units that range from the low $200,000's
to the mid $400,000's.
